Carbon floating ring seals are supplied as maintenance free compact labyrinth cartridge seals with low leakage. The floating self-adjusting sealing Rings provide radial ceiling on the shaft with a very small gap. The seal requires no additional lubrication, and it is designed for dry running. besides pure gas, carbon floating ring seals are also suitable for Atex applications, toxic media, media containing solids, flue gas, dust, powder. vapor, liquid mist, oil mist and penetrating oil.
